The staff is very nice. When ever I have a problem it taken care of in a day or two. I really like their business center, because I can go kick it there until the office closes. And if I want a work out there is a pool and a fitness center that I can enjoy.

I enjoy the location of the community here in Kettering since it's so close to trader joe's and Kroger. It's very calm, quiet, and cozy inside my community but so close to and shopping needs nearby like dining out and shopping. I appreciate being able to do most things electronically like pay, sign documents and put in work orders easily on property website.

This is great place to live. Nice views, appliances that work, plenty of storage, quiet!! Close to everything and there are even on- site activities. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone!!

Yes, I have had some issues, mainly with people parking in handicapped spots when they don't have a license plate or placard, but I love it here. I haven't had any issues with maintenance requests or the office.

Georgetown of Kettering apartments are centrally located to all shops, restaurants etc. The apartment complex is well kept facility. It’s a very nice and calming place to live.

We moved here in September of 2023, after being here for almost 6 months we are loving it! The property is super clean, we’ve had no issues with our unit, it’s relatively quiet (there are a lot of kids here that play outside, it doesn’t bother me at all but it may bother some so just be aware!) , our neighbors have been super friendly too which is great. We love being so close to everything, so many restaurants and shopping centers within 10 minutes. Highly recommend living here!
