Pet Policy:

  • Georgetown of Kettering allows dogs and cats
  • We have dog breed restrictions, but no weight limit restrictions. Please call our leasing office for details
  • Two pet limit per apartment

Pet Fees (Non-Refundable)

  • $299 for 1 pet & $499 for a 2nd pet non-refundable fee.
  • The monthly pet rent is $35 per pet.
  • No more than two (2) pets per apartment.
